LOCAL GREENHOUSE GOES GREENER WITH ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT

Carbon reduction and “Waste to Flowers” initiative spotlighted in the Bay State

RAYNHAM, MA – Olson’s Greenhouses, Inc. (Olson’s) announced today that it has entered into an environmental management services agreement with GS Enviroservices, (OTCBB: GSEN). A pillar of strength in the community for over 90 years, Olson’s operates 225,000 square feet of greenhouses, 60 (sixty) acres of outdoor production and has a Class A Recycling Permit for the recycling of one million gallons per year of on- specification of oil and water. Olson’s has been recycling on specification waste oil to cost effectively power its operations for twenty five (25) years and maintains a strong commitment to the environment within which it operates. The Agreement calls for the management of marketing and environmental services for waste oil and water and is part of GS EnviroServices’ overall strategy to focus on the recycling and reuse of carbonaceous materials.

“Enviro-Safe has demonstrated the ability to operate a safe, compliant and cost effective operation. The synergies created through this partnership will create immediate efficiencies and cost savings impacting both companies. We feel they have the emerging technologies to assist us in expanding our reuse of materials to create additional alternative energy sources,” noted Matt Piscitelli, CEO of Olson’s Greenhouses, Inc.

Olson’s is headed by Matt Piscitelli and Clive V. Olson. A native of Brockton, Piscitelli received a Master’s of Business Administration from Northeastern University and is a graduate of Bryant College in Smithfield, RI. C. V. Olson, has sixteen years experience in the garden center and greenhouse industry. A native of Taunton, C.V. Olson founded and currently owns the highly successful Olson’s Garden Center in Wareham, MA.

Olson, will be an advisor and director of the new Company. A pillar of strength in the community for over 85 years, Olson’s employs over fifty (50) people. Olson’s primary business is the growing and selling of potted plants, at the wholesale level, to customers throughout the New England area. Olson’s has also been recycling on specification waste oil to cost effectively power its operations for twenty five (25) years and maintains a strong commitment to the environment within which it operates.
